A Good Moment by the Window

Dear Delyara, I had a good moment today. Not a good day. Just a moment. I was holding a cup of tea by the window, and the house was quiet, and for a few seconds I did not feel behind, guilty, anxious, or disappointed. I just felt there. Present. Warm. Real. It passed quickly, but it mattered. I think I need to start respecting small peace more than I do.
