My Diary
A Page Does Not Flinch
Dear Delyara, There are things I cannot say out loud because saying them would make them too real. Writing feels different. Writing lets me tell the truth in a room where no one interrupts me, corrects me, pities me, or tries to shrink the size of my pain so it becomes easier for them to hear. That is why I keep coming back to pages. A page does not flinch.
