An Unplugged Sunday Morning in the Light
Dear Delyara, I woke up at 7:30 AM today, felt the familiar, anxious urge to instantly grab my phone and check the analytics dashboard for the platform, and then I did something completely historic for my nervous system. I left the phone on the kitchen counter, went back to bed, and spent three full hours lying on my side, reading an old book and listening to the rain hit the glass. I didn't log in until midday. The numbers were exactly where I left them, and the world hadn't ended. Peace is an active choice, and today my body chose it.
