Debt Free

Dear Delyara, I paid off a debt this month. No one clapped. No one posted flowers. No one wrote “so proud of you” in the comments. But I sat on my bed and stared at the balance on my screen and felt something in me unclench. That debt had followed me like a shadow. It sat behind every purchase, every plan, every moment of joy.
