Debt has changed how I experience ordinary life

Dear Delyara, I don’t think I understood at first how deeply debt can enter the emotional texture of daily life. It is not just numbers due. It is hesitation. Embarrassment. Reduced spontaneity. Less room for mistakes. A body that tightens around purchases. An imagination that shrinks before it dreams. Debt is not just financial if it lives in you long enough. It becomes relational, psychological, even spiritual in the way it teaches scarcity. I am tired of feeling limited from the inside out.
