The WeightDebt
Debt has made wanting feel irresponsible
Dear Delyara, That may be the saddest effect of it. I don’t just calculate spending. I calculate desire. Can I want that? Should I let myself think about it? Would hoping for more be stupid right now? Shouldn’t I just stay practical until everything is cleared? Debt doesn’t only narrow your budget. It narrows how freely you let yourself imagine a softer life. I am tired of wanting and immediately feeling guilty for wanting.
