Fear of Judgment & Distrust of Others

My dear For years, I haven’t been able to trust anyone. The fear of being judged or betrayed has turned me into a distant and guarded person. People think I’m cold or emotionless, but the truth is that every time I get close to someone, I pull away out of fear of being hurt. This wall of distrust separates me from others, and even I don’t know how to break through it. Writing this letter may be my first step toward freedom.
