GratitudeInner Peace
For one evening, tomorrow stayed outside the room
Dear Delyara, No lunches in my head. No school timings. No weather. No route planning. No “must remember.” No quiet panic about what I hadn’t done yet. Just the evening itself. I don’t think people understand how rare that has become for me. My mind usually starts loading the next day early, as if preparation could protect me from difficulty if I just rehearse enough. It doesn’t. It just steals tonight. But not this evening. Tonight I had tea, sat in my chair, and felt the future wait its turn. That felt like peace in the most honest way I know.
