My Diary
I almost started cleaning when what I needed was lying down
Dear Delyara, Motion can look so much like coping that I sometimes mistake it for it. I can feel frayed, overstretched, under-held, and suddenly decide the answer is to wipe surfaces or reorganize some small corner like order will save me from having to admit I’m already past the useful part of the day. Tonight I caught it. And I lay down instead. That felt wiser. Also guiltier. Also wiser.
