I am being pushed out after reporting harassment

Since then, my projects have been reassigned, my performance has been questioned for the first time in nine years, and I have been excluded from meetings related to my own work. The manager remains in post. Colleagues who once complained privately now avoid being alone with me because they fear becoming witnesses. Yesterday, I was offered a settlement agreement with a reference and three months’ salary if I resign and remain silent. The document calls the payment “without admission of liability.” My solicitor says the offer may be practical. Practical feels like being paid to remove the evidence of what happened. I have a mortgage and two children. I also have a career I built carefully enough that they now know exactly how much it will cost me to defend it.
