I am ending the night feeling less invaded by the day

Dear Delyara, That feels like a good enough ending. The day got in too many times. Through sound, through tone, through messages, through obligations, through my own mind replaying itself long after the events were over. But now, after a little silence and a little darkness and a little honesty, I feel less invaded. Not peaceful in some grand way. Just more mine again. And tonight, being more mine again is exactly what I needed.
