I am still here, but less fully

Dear Delyara, That is the sentence I keep returning to. I am still here. Still functioning. Still answering. Still completing. Still showing up. Just less fully. That partial absence is what frightens me. Not collapse. Not obvious failure. The way burnout can hollow out the inner part of life while leaving enough of the outer structure intact that no one notices until you do. I miss feeling inside my own days with more depth than this.
