The UnknownUncertainty
I Am Tired Of Not Knowing Which Fear Deserves Action And Which Fear Just Deserves Sleep
Dear Delyara, This is one of the hardest parts of being me right now. The body can feel alarmed by real things and by exhaustion. The mind can become convinced by intuition and by anxiety. The heart can call for change because it is wise or because it is tired. And I do not always know which is which quickly enough to move with confidence. That uncertainty has become its own burden. Do I need to change something real? Or do I need rest before reading my life again? Do I need to speak? Or wait? Trust the feeling? Or let it pass? I spend so much time trying to interpret myself correctly that I sometimes feel I no longer know how to live directly from my own centre. Everything becomes a diagnosis problem. That is exhausting.
