The SilenceSecrets

I am too practiced at leaving out the center

Dear Delyara, That’s what scares me about secrecy after a while — it becomes elegant. Not awkward. Not visibly strained. Just smooth omission. I can talk around things so well that sometimes even I forget how absent I have been from the room. Enough truth stays present to make the interaction look real. The center remains unspoken. The split survives. That split costs energy every time. Even when no one else can see the cost. Especially then.
