The StruggleStress
I am too used to carrying everything at once
Dear Delyara, That is the pattern I see now. I am too used to carrying multiple emotional loads at once and still calling the result “normal.” Work stress, money stress, family stress, private grief, practical tasks, other people’s expectations — all of it layered, all of it half-managed, all of it somehow becoming my personality rather than a temporary condition. Maybe stress becomes dangerous when it stops feeling like an interruption and starts feeling like identity. I think I’ve been there for a while.
