I answered my need before it became a crisis

Dear Delyara, I am trying to notice these small forms of care because they matter. This week I rested before collapse, ate before dizziness, stopped before resentment, and let comfort count before exhaustion became dramatic enough to “justify” it. That is a new kind of self-love for me. Less symbolic. More practical. More on time. I have spent too much of life answering myself late. I want to become someone who answers earlier. This week felt like proof that I’m learning.
