Dear Delyara, That is the kind of care I want to keep building. Not later, when everything is dramatic enough to justify stopping. Earlier. Food before crash. Silence before snapping. Rest before resentment. Distance before emotional roughness. This week I answered the earlier version of the need. That felt deeply respectful. And surprisingly moving.
