I asked for strength to remain soft, not for life to become simple

Dear Delyara, That prayer felt more mature than the ones I used to pray. Not “fix this immediately.” Not “make the answer obvious.” Not “remove the discomfort now.” Just: give me the strength to remain soft while things are still unfolding. I think that is the kind of faith I’m growing into. Not certainty. Not control. Softness with endurance. That feels much truer to my real life than the louder spiritual language I once thought I needed.
