I asked for the missing information again without apologising for needing clarity

Dear Delyara, I am very used to filling gaps silently. Working around poor communication. Anticipating what wasn’t said. Producing clean work from incomplete instructions and then privately resenting the extra labour. This week, instead of doing that, I asked again. Calmly. Directly. Without the little softeners I normally use to avoid sounding inconvenient. It felt cleaner in my body than overcompensating ever does. I want more of my professional life built like that.
