Dear Delyara, That felt grown in a different way than pretending ever did. There was a time when I would rather carry private confusion than risk looking less sharp. This week I asked. Cleanly. Without over-explaining why I needed to ask. Without dressing the question up in unnecessary performance. And the room stayed standing. That matters. Because it means I am building a version of confidence that does not require false certainty to survive.
