I Booked the Test

Dear Delyara, Before fear had fully made its case for delay. That matters because my pattern is old now. I minimise, wait, monitor, tell myself not to overreact, quietly panic, and keep functioning while uncertainty turns my body into a room full of alarm. This time, I interrupted the pattern earlier. I made the call. I booked the test. No dramatic wisdom. No complete calm. Just action while still afraid. That is the version of courage I trust most now. Not feeling safe first.
