The AwakeningSelf Love
I bought the expensive strawberries again and this time didn’t explain it to myself at all
Dear Delyara, The first time, there was still a little internal defence around it. This week I stood in front of the fruit, picked the good ones, and simply put them in the basket. No courtroom. No lecture. No “it’s only because…” No need to justify softness before it reached me. It was such a small private act and somehow it felt like recovery. Not because strawberries heal anything dramatic. Because they told me I can choose better for myself in some small places without turning the choice into a moral story. I want more of my life built that way. Quietly. Without apology.
