The AwakeningSelf Love
I bought the more comfortable bra instead of the cheaper one again
Dear Delyara, I have spent years choosing “good enough” for myself in areas where I would never make the same compromise for someone I love. Comfort becomes optional the moment it belongs to my own body. That is a habit, not a virtue. This week I stood in the shop and chose differently. Not extravagantly. Just kindly. I’m learning that self-love sometimes looks less like confidence and more like finally being unwilling to tolerate preventable irritation as if it were maturity.
