The StruggleAnxiety

I can feel the alarm before I know the reason

Dear Delyara, That is one of the hardest things to explain. Sometimes the body panics first. The mind arrives afterward to invent reasons. Chest tightens. Stomach drops. Mind races. And only then does the search begin: what’s wrong, what changed, what did I miss, what did that mean, who might be upset, what danger have I failed to identify yet? It is exhausting to live with an alarm system that often rings before the actual evidence does. And humiliating, sometimes, because from the outside nothing appears to be happening at all.
