The UnknownLoss of Path

I Can Keep Going Without Meaning

Dear Delyara, That a life can continue functioning beautifully enough from the outside while the inside has gone vague. That I can still work, parent, organise, reply, cook, clean, carry, manage, and look like someone moving steadily through adulthood while privately feeling less and less sure that any of this is leading me toward a truer version of myself. I used to think loss of path would look dramatic. It doesn’t. Sometimes it looks responsible. That is the danger. And I think I am living closer to that danger than I want to admit.
