The UnknownUncertainty

I Can’t Build Peace on Maybe

Dear Delyara, Uncertainty makes my mind cruel. When nothing is decided, everything remains possible, and my thoughts are very good at turning possibility into threat. I imagine conversations that haven’t happened, futures that may never arrive, losses that haven’t occurred, and outcomes that don’t even deserve how much emotional space I’m giving them. I don’t know how other people live comfortably in ambiguity. For me, maybe is a difficult place to rest. It has no walls. No floor. No closure. Just too much room for fear.
