The UnknownConfusion

I Can’t Tell What’s Actually Wrong

Dear Delyara, I’ve had days lately where I know I’m not okay but I can’t tell what the actual problem is. Am I sad? Am I anxious? Am I disappointed? Am I burnt out? Am I lonely? Am I just tired? Everything feels slightly mixed together, and that somehow makes it harder than if one feeling would just step forward and identify itself. Confusion is such an underappreciated form of suffering. It gives you no clean enemy.
