I cannot rest in not knowing

Dear Delyara, Some people seem able to live in uncertainty with grace. I am not one of them. Not knowing keeps my whole system slightly activated. It follows me into sleep, into meals, into conversations, into ordinary moments that would otherwise be harmless. My mind keeps trying to resolve what has not yet been decided, and because it can’t, it fills the space with imagined endings. Uncertainty feels like unfinished danger to me.
