The UnknownConfusion

I cannot separate what I feel into useful pieces

Dear Delyara, That is what makes the whole thing so tiring. If the feeling would step forward clearly, maybe I could do something with it. Sadness, grief, burnout, fear, resentment, loneliness — any one of those I could at least try to meet. But right now they are all partially present and none of them fully lead. So I move through days feeling off without having the dignity of clarity. That frustrates me more than the feeling itself some nights. Confusion makes me feel like a stranger to my own interior. That is hard to carry.
