The UnknownConfusion
I cannot tell what I need because I cannot tell what I feel
Dear Delyara, That’s the problem right now. If I knew exactly what I felt, maybe I could ask for something useful. Rest, comfort, space, clarity, support, change. But everything is mixed. Tiredness with sadness. Sadness with frustration. Frustration with numbness. Numbness with loneliness. A little hope, even, which somehow makes it more confusing. I think confusion is harder than people admit because it makes you emotionally unavailable even to yourself. You feel wrong, but can’t locate the exact source well enough to tend to it. That’s where I am lately. Fogged. And tired of being fogged.
