I carry a heaviness that doesn’t fit one name

Dear Delyara, Not every difficult feeling in me fits neatly into a category. Sometimes it is not exactly anxiety, not exactly grief, not exactly loneliness, not exactly disappointment. It feels more like a weather system built from several unfinished things at once. I wish I had a better name for it. Maybe then I could explain it faster. Maybe then other people would understand more easily. Maybe then I would feel less vague inside my own suffering. But for now, all I know is that it is real, even without a perfect label.
