The StruggleStress

I carry too many invisible tabs open

Dear Delyara, That is how stress feels in my mind lately. Too many tabs open. Work. Money. The future. A message I haven’t answered. A decision I keep postponing. Something I forgot. Something I’m trying not to feel fully because the timing is inconvenient. Nothing on its own is catastrophic. That is what makes it so difficult to explain why I feel so flattened by the end of the day. It’s not one thing. It’s all the little things remaining active at once. I think chronic stress is often just too much open in one person at the same time.
