I caught the spiral while it was still only a sentence

Dear Delyara, Not yet a whole worldview. Just a sentence. One dark sentence, the kind that usually grows roots quickly if I leave it alone too long. But this week I caught it early. I saw it as a sentence, not a revelation. And because I saw it in time, it didn’t get to become architecture. That is one of the biggest mental-health changes in me now. Early recognition. Less reverence for the darkest thought in the room. I’m deeply grateful for that.
