My Diary
I could feel how full my mind was by how little it could hold
Dear Delyara, I forgot three small things today. Nothing catastrophic. Just small signs that my mind is carrying too many open loops. I walked into a room and forgot why. Read something and retained none of it. Opened a cupboard and stood there longer than necessary, like my thoughts had queued too closely together and blocked the whole system. That kind of mental overflow scares me a little because it makes me feel less gathered than I want to be. I think I don’t need more discipline right now. I need fewer tabs open in my soul.
