I could receive the concern even though the language still wasn’t perfect
Dear Delyara, That felt like a mature kind of peace. The concern came in a form I still find awkward sometimes. But I didn’t lose the care because of the form. I could hear it, feel it, and let it count without spending the whole evening fighting its imperfect delivery in my head. That doesn’t erase old hurt. It gives me more room around it. And room changes everything.
