I did not call myself lazy for needing a quieter day

Dear Delyara, I needed a quieter day, and instead of immediately translating that into accusation, I let it be information. Not failure, not weakness, not character decline — information. I’m beginning to think self-love is sometimes just refusing the old insult. And this week I refused it.
