I did not make softness earn its place

Dear Delyara, I chose softness this week without setting up a trial around it. No internal argument about whether I had done enough to deserve rest, comfort, warmth, or the easier option. I just chose it because I needed it. That sounds simple. For me, it marks something real. I have spent too long treating softness like a luxury item instead of a basic language the body understands. This week I used that language a little sooner and with less guilt. I want more of my life built like that.
