I did not rush to prove I belonged in the room

Dear Delyara, This week I trusted my timing. I listened first, thought first, let my voice arrive when it was ready instead of using speed as proof of competence. That felt different from the old version of me who often needed to sound quick in order to feel secure. Slower, but more rooted. That’s what I’m becoming. And I’m glad.
