I did something that belonged only to the present tense

Dear Delyara, No later. No output. No usefulness. No story to tell afterward about how it helped me grow. Just the present tense. I forgot how healing that is. To do something with your hands or mind that belongs only to the current hour and does not need to justify itself by becoming productive later. This week I had a little of that, and I could feel something in me loosening because of it. Not everything good has to become evidence. Some things are allowed to remain moments. I needed that reminder.
