I didn’t answer the message right away

Dear Delyara, Someone messaged me today and I didn’t reply immediately. That shouldn’t feel like a personal breakthrough, and yet somehow it did. Usually I answer too quickly, even when I’m tired. Even when I don’t know what I feel. Even when I want a few more minutes to myself before stepping into someone else’s energy. Today I waited. Not out of anger. Not to be difficult. Just because I wanted my own inner space first. It felt healthy. And a little uncomfortable.
