I didn’t make myself earn basic care

Dear Delyara, I’m trying to notice these small acts because I used to dismiss them. Today I ate when I was hungry instead of waiting until I had finished enough. I stopped when I was tired instead of proving I could continue. I bought what I needed without turning it into a debate about whether I deserved comfort. I let myself be human before I was exceptional. That feels like self-love in a form I can actually use. Not admiration. Not perfect confidence. Just basic decency toward myself before collapse becomes the only acceptable reason to respond.
