I do not need to rush my own repair

Dear Delyara, This is one of the gentlest shifts in me lately: I no longer demand immediate grace from myself. I don’t need to be over it on schedule. I don’t need to explain every wound beautifully. I don’t need my healing to look elegant enough to count. I don’t need to become wise faster than my heart can realistically manage. That patience with myself feels new. And sacred.
