I Don’t Know If This Was Ever My Dream

Dear Delyara, Sometimes I look at my career and feel like I arrived here by accumulation rather than desire. One practical choice led to another. One compromise became a routine. One year became many. And now I have a life that looks coherent from the outside but doesn’t always feel chosen from the inside. That thought frightens me more often than I admit. Because if this is not really my path, then what have I been spending my life protecting?
