The UnknownConfusion

I don’t know what’s wrong, and that’s part of what’s wrong

Dear Delyara, That’s the problem at the moment. If I knew what the exact feeling was, maybe I could meet it better. But everything feels mixed together. Sadness with tiredness. Fear with practicality. Loneliness with numbness. Restlessness with emotional flatness. It all arrives blurred. And because it’s blurred, I become uncertain not only about life but about my own inner world. That makes me feel emotionally unsteady in a way I find hard to explain. Sometimes the suffering is not just the feeling. It is not being able to name the feeling clearly enough to respond to it.
