I Don’t Know Where I’m Actually Headed

Dear Delyara, I am still moving, but I no longer feel sure I’m moving toward something that belongs to me. That realization frightens me in a quiet way. I have routines. I have responsibilities. I have things that need doing and reasons to keep doing them. But underneath all of that is a question I haven’t answered honestly enough: where am I actually going? And maybe even harder than that: who chose this direction? I don’t know if I lost the path or simply stayed on one too long after it stopped feeling true.
