The WeightGuilt
I feel guilty even when I’m genuinely overwhelmed
Dear Delyara, That’s the part I’m trying to understand. Even when the tiredness is real, even when the overload is obvious, even when I have every practical reason to need rest or distance, guilt still arrives before relief. It’s as if some internal system keeps insisting I should be more available, more resilient, more patient, more emotionally generous than I actually am. I know this isn’t healthy. Knowing has not removed it. I think guilt becomes a second language if you live with it long enough.
