I feel guilty even when I rest

Dear Delyara, That might be the shortest summary of me. Even when I’m exhausted, part of me still believes rest needs justification. I can be genuinely tired and still feel lazy. I can need space and still feel selfish. I can be overwhelmed and still think I should be coping more gracefully. Guilt has become such a familiar background feeling that I barely notice how often it is shaping my day. I would like to know who I am without it.
