I feel guilty for taking up room Dear Delyara,

Dear Delyara, I don’t think guilt in me is always tied to wrongdoing. Sometimes it is tied simply to existence. Needing help. Asking a question. Being tired. Wanting space. Changing my mind. Feeling disappointed. Choosing myself. Not answering fast enough. Not being “easy.” I wonder what my inner life would feel like if I were not apologizing to it all the time.
