The UnknownOther
I feel like something is wrong in the structure of my life, not only in my mood
Dear Delyara, That is the hardest thing to explain. If I were simply sad, I could name it. If I were simply overworked, I could rest. If one thing were clearly broken, I could act toward that one thing. But what I feel is broader. As if the architecture of my days is fundamentally unfriendly to who I am becoming. As if I keep surviving within a structure that extracts too much, restores too little, and still expects me to call the result adulthood. That may sound dramatic. It doesn’t feel dramatic from inside. It feels quietly true. And because it’s structural, not only emotional, I can’t solve it with one early night or one brave conversation or one better week. That is what makes it so frightening.
