I feel more whole than watched

Dear Delyara, I didn’t know that was possible in love until recently. To feel whole. Not monitored. Not evaluated. Not made smaller by uncertainty. Not pushed into proving your worth through patience, performance, or emotional guesswork. There is something deeply healing about being with a person who doesn’t make your nervous system work overtime to remain connected. It feels less dramatic than old versions of love. And far more real.
